1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CricketBrackets (cricketbrackets.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CricketBrackets is a prediction and entertainment platform that allows users to create and join pools to predict cricket match outcomes. The Service is a game of skill and entertainment — it is not gambling. No prizes are guaranteed, and participation is for entertainment purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Pool Participation

Users may create prediction pools or join pools via invite codes. Pool creators set the rules within the options provided by the platform. By joining a pool, you agree to abide by the pool rules and the scoring system defined by CricketBrackets.

5. Payments & Fees

Creating a pool requires a one-time fee of $15 USD, processed via Stripe. Joining a pool is free. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. CricketBrackets does not handle prize money or payouts between participants — any arrangements among pool members are their own responsibility.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate predictions or exploit scoring bugs
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage in a pool
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and design of CricketBrackets are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CricketBrackets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
